Welcome to SkyHarbour Logistics, an online platform dedicated to providing comprehensive travel and logistics services including International Freight Forwarding, Customs Brokerage, Global Supply Chain Management, Warehousing and Distribution, Air Cargo Services, Ocean Freight Solutions, Express Courier Services, and Cross-border Fulfilment. - Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the use of our services, including but not limited to customs regulations, import/export controls, and transportation laws.

- Ensure that all goods presented for shipment are properly packaged, labeled, and accompanied by the necessary documentation.

Unless otherwise indicated, our online platform is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on our online platform (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of Australia, foreign jurisdictions, and international conventions.

6. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SkyHarbour Logistics, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners, and employees, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our online platform or services, your breach of these Terms and Conditions, your violation of any rights of another, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions and your use of our online platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
